I never let it rain on my parade, but you know it happens. Vowed.
What does the word make you think? Its a pretty intense word, if i do say so myself. The word sometimes brings destruction to many. Including the people who are the one who made the vow. Now I'm not saying it will, but who knows. Hardly anyone cares what they do these days. A simple shrug is what most get when you ask them 'do you care if your 'vow' hurts another?' you might get a simple 'no' or 'yes' i have seen many kinds of vows in my life. Things...were pretty much complicated. I have one and only vow. If you don't really know what a 'vow' is. It sorta like a promise or oath. Oh i do have an oath or promise...whatever. it might not be a big thing to you, but it is to me. To kill a...friend of mine you could say. Okay okay, the truth. I want to kill my own step father. Thankfully he wont be in my life and i can actually settle down.
Its..a strange thing. A very strange thing its something i just cant explain to you. But i can to myself. I just don't know what to do. Should i go with it? Kill him before he kills me. That is a pretty simple goal right? Haha, no. It isn't. You can say its easy, yes say it. But i don't know if you can do it. I'm not really all talk and no action. I'll tell you what i think is true. But remember, I don't always tell the truth. Hardly anyone does. I think you need to be told something, oh I'll tell you. No problem...Hm..I sound like I'm ranting and you must think I think I'm all that. Ew. I hate people like that, I don't mind it a bit but yeah don't go over board. I'm going with this vow for awhile, but the only reason i will give it up will be if he dies or something.
A soft grunt lifted into the air, coming from a blond. Her long blond locks twisted into a ponytail. But it still went over her shoulders. Annoying, yes annoying seemed to be her word of the day. Carrie looked around, keeping her senses up. As was expected from a leader. Carrie didn't expect much from being a leader though. But she wasn't much of a follower. To those in her group. "My way or the highway." She would tell them, though she might, just might have been messing around. She was the only girl leader. She didn't know the Legends leader yet. But so far she was the only female leader. 'Great...being the female they might test my strengths..annoying..' she snorted to herself. Carrie closed her soft brown eyes, but really she wasn't soft at all. Her eyes seemed to be lying too. She didn't want them to 'test' her. She was going to play it safe for awhile. Not stay away from them. She couldn't do that. Suicide. The word echoed in her brain. Hm...yes she could face them and end up being killed.
Oh such a lovely thought. Yes...very lovely. She opened her eyes, they were blazing with hatred. Much hatred for one person. Her father. He was going to the depths first, not her. And much to everyone's dismay, no one was going to stand in her way. She wasn't going to let someone stand in her way and just take it. She might ignore them but other than that. I doubt it. A cold breeze blew by, a shiver was sent up Carrie's spine. A small frustrated sigh escaped her. Carrie's eyes looked about, seeing if there was any movement. Her eyes flashed as soon as a beer bottle rolled in front of her. She halted letting it hit her foot. Her eyes traveled to where it came from. A trash can. But the thing was, it was fresh. Was she alone? She doubted.
A small glare was sent in the direction. She smelt alcohol. A lot of it, by the stench it was...whiskey. Lovely. The word entered her brain nice and clear. She looked around, nose scrunched up. She hated the smell but it was different when she was the one drinking it. She wasn't much of a drinker though. Maybe a few shots, and a few margaritas and thats about it. The smell seemed to just roll away, but she wasnt going to take any chances. Then movement came from her left eye. She faced it quickly. She didnt have good reflexs but sometimes she did when it came to her life. Her heart was pounding. Hard and fast. A grunt came from her throat, a frustrated one. A cat. A black one. 'A cat...what the hell.' she thought, she was a bit confused. The foot steps were louder. Not a dog but you know, about a human. She looked away, but she was still going to pay attention.
She looked to where she was heading the black cat, ran past her. A small gust of wind came by. The smell was gone. Odd...Aw well, she walked away from the spot. Not caring now. What happened, happened. She stuffed her hands in her jacket pockets, walking away from the scene. A bulb flickered next to her, might as well take it out. Hn.
Status_finished. Comments_I'm not crazy about the post =P but yeah... To Whom_Erica? Nata? Anyone really. xD Word Count_888.

Jake had a lot of thinking to do the previous night. It didn’t really turn out so well though. He got home, splashed some water on his face to snap him out of the horrible nightmare that he felt like he was living in. Anger raged through his veins, along with a bit of sadness. But you could tell by looking on the inside of his house that the anger had taken over him. He threw things at the walls; pictures, magazines, shoes, anything he could get his hands on. There were glass pieces all over the floor and thank goodness he lived alone because, the house was a pure mess. He felt bad for hiring a housekeeper to clean it up, but hell it was their job. Besides, he paid her a good sum of money to clean up the damage he’d done. Just before he left the house the old woman asked, “Well, why did you make such a mess?†Jake was almost out the door when he replied. It doesn’t matter. He left her alone in his big mansion. Usually he wouldn’t trust anyone in there, but she should be grateful for what he gave her to clean up enough to not even think about stealing anything from him.
What Siren had told him about being a Crypt couldn’t affect him, he wouldn’t let it. He had to stay strong like he was before all this mess happened. That reminded him of how good he had it when he didn’t have to worry about anything. He wished he could go back to that, not being burdened with drama. All he had to worry about then were rival gangs, and really they were nothing to lift a finger for. His mind wandered as he roamed the streets of New York; his home. He couldn’t imagine being any where else, well, before his current situation he couldn’t. Right now Jake wanted to leave New York city for a while, just to clear his head and rid himself of the gang life. He couldn’t see how his father dealt with this kind of stuff every day. Maybe he had been stronger than Jake. Jake shook the thought from his head. Of course he wasn’t, he beat up on his only son, those were the actions of a coward, and Jake was no coward.
He just had to think it through, no, he just had to give it a rest for a while. Maybe not seeing Siren for a while would be best. And maybe he should think about it later..Yeah, he’ll send the situation on a vacation for a while. In all honesty Jake didn’t feel like thinking about it, even though he thought he should. It was starting to give him a headache, which really bugged him because this was his day off from work. He refused to let such a stupid thing ruin his night off. Maybe he could go to a club; Centro-Fly sounded good just about now. But of course he could never get his way could he? He rounded a corner only to see someone ahead of him. Who? He didn’t have a clue. It was almost pitch black, so his hand slipped quickly to his back pocket that held his gun.
It was too dark to tell who it was standing about fifteen feet away from him. He couldn’t even make out if it was a guy or girl. But it didn’t matter, it was dark and he couldn’t take any chances. He inched a little closer, trying not to make a sound. But his feet failed him as he stepped on a soda can. Damn. Jake froze right where he was and slowly lifted his foot from the can. He moved quickly to the wall that a large dumpster sat against, in case the person was armed and jumpy.
ooc: sorry this was crap compared to yours. next one should be better..hopefully. xD

I never let it rain on my parade, but you know it happens. The sound of a soda can being stepped on went into Carrie's ears as she quickly turned around. She saw a bit of the person. She couldnt sum it up though. A boy or girl. She didnt know, but nor did she care. Should she speak? Stay quiet? She couldnt think, she relaxed her tense muscles. She couldnt stand the silence right now. Not with some unknown person hiding in front of her. The sound of a knife being opened lifted into the air. She wasnt in the mood to be messed with. She was just here to walk home, not this shit. She looked at where the person was. Who was it? But mostly was it a blood or their allies. Hopefully just one person. Make it fair.
If Carrie had to play it fair, then the other did as well. No faults, no lies, nothing. Carrie's eyes blazed, but with wonder and a hint of curiousity. She couldn't think about what she should do. She closed her eyes, thinking for a minute. Then she opened them, they were filled with wonder. Nothing else. A small smirk played on her lips. She was thinking, hm...by the foot steps it sounded like a boy. But Carrie wasnt going to jump to conclusions. She looked at the area, she wasnt going to blink. Okay maybe a few times, she wasnt taking her eyes off where the person was. Hm...who could it be...who could it be. A soft grunt escaped her throat, a hard tone escaped her mouth soon after as she spoke. She didnt want this crap right now.
"Come out, whoever you are. I'm not in the fucking mood." the words flowed out, hard and harsh. She wasn't her to mess around. She was serious. Her thoughts would soon be answer. "To make it easier on yourself, step in the light, now." she said, but more calmly than the first time and that was, what, a few seconds ago? Who knew. Who was it? This was driving her crazy. She wasn't an impatient person at all. That is one thing to know about Carrie. Her brown eyes stayed on the person, her eyes closed for a minute.
The light above her flickered. Her eyes took off the place and looked at the light. Great...this wasnt a good place to be if the person had a gun. She keep quiet, her eyes went back to the place, they were before. She was being cautious, she was always cautious. That was good, a very good thing. It was for a leader. The rays of the light shined down on her, showing her body fully and completely. The knife in front of her, she was in a simple stance. The knife was pointed at the person, whoever it was. But she knew she would probably recgonize the person soon.
Those quick feet of theirs. A few bangs fell out of the ponytail and went in her face, she pushed them to the side. She waited, trying to calm her heart rate. Finally after a few minutes, it slowed to a normal pace. It was probably another gang members, might be one of hers, probably not. She had everyone in a gang in her brain, she didnt let one slip out of her mind. Hopefully it wasnt from another gang, one of hers or their allie. A gust of wind went by her, making her pants flip in the wind, for being so loose on her. She was comfortable right now. It was calm, but once she found out who it was, it was going to get bad. Really depended on who it was and how the person acted. 'Please dear god, let it go smoothly.' she thought, but only Carrie knew. God...wasn't...on her side. Whatever.

Jake cursed softly to himself when he heard what sounded like a pocket knife. Oh well, he had a gun. It was all good. He slid it from his pocket and smirked softly to himself. His heart hadn't pounded so hard in a long time, and this adrenaline rush was slightly soothing. He loved the feeling of not knowing who the person out there was and how dangerous they might be. And he loved knowing that he had the element of surprise. He knew there was only one person just a few feet away from him, but them on the other hand, for all they knew he could have five of his buddies with him.
When the person spoke, he listened carefully to see if he recognized the voice. It seemed slightly familiar but he couldn't really put a face to the voice. Well, he'd find out soon enough. He wanted to respond, but he didn't want to risk having the person identify him from his voice. Jake stayed quiet, his breathing soft and slow as he looked up at the flickering light bulb. Thank goodness for silencers. He aimed and with a smirk shot at the light that was to flicker no more.
Oh how amusing this was. Now that it was literally pitch black, Jake stepped out from the security of the dumpster. He didn't get too close because he knew she still had that knife in her hand. He walked slowly, the gun pointed out in front of him and gripped tightly. He stayed close to the wall, his footsteps silent, unlike the last time he tried to be 'sneaky'. He could see the silver of the blade as he made his way closer and could only see the silhouette of the girl's face. Put the knife down, he said, his gun making a clicking noise as he pulled down the small lever with his thumb.
Everything that he had been thinking about earlier was out of his mind. All of his focus was on what was happening at this very second. Frankly, at the moment Jake didn't care about what had happened the previous night. It had all lifted into the night air, like that bullet that had just flew from his gun a few seconds ago. But from the tone of the girl's voice from before, she had been having a not so good night as well. It was nice to know he wasn't the only one in this city with issues. But it only made the situation more perfect. He loved making people even more aggrivated than they were previously. It shouldn't be too hard either, especially if the person just about two feet away from him was from another gang.
And that he sure hoped. If the person was a Blood or a Disciple, Jake would probably die of disappointment. He shivered slightly as a cool breeze blew around him. He closed his eyes for a moment, letting the breeze sooth him. His face was straight, showing no signs of emotions as his eyes opened. No matter who it was, he most likely wouldn't just blow her head off for no reason, unless she decided to make him angry. But usually he wouldn't want to deal with the burdons of murder, too messy for Jake. Usually he'd let his 'minions' deal with that kind of stuff.

I never let it rain on my parade, but you know it happens. The gun shot rang in her ears, she hated the sound. It gave her a headache. But the headache was not her problem at the moment as the bulb went out. She snorted lightly. Then she heard the click. She looked at the one in front. She wondered a bit. 'Why should i listen to him?' she thought. She looked at him, a boy. "Hn." she said. She looked at her and flipped the knife back. She thought for a moment. Since she felt she had to be 'nice' she sighed and dropped the knife to the ground a few beats away from her. Close to him. "There. Happy Jake Brookes? Now. Put the gun away, i see no point in blood shed, not tonight." she said. A smirk danced on her face.
She looked at him. If he so choose he could get the knife. She was being fair. If she didnt have a weapon then neither did the other. But she didnt know much about this boy. He just might turn the tables on her. Great...he might be out to see what shes made of. Aw well. She wasnt going to play his little game. She took a step back, there he had a better view in killing her. She closed her eyes, thinking. Nothing was on her mind. Did he know who she was? She knew who he was. She had heard to much about him. She opened her eyes. But...one question she really wanted answered was. What would he do to her?
She didn't know, but she wanted to know. She was very impatient right now. When a question went in her brain, a important question. She wanted it answered and now. This question might deal with her life. Her eyes blazed. There was no way he was killing her. He could later after she killed her father, but now..No way. He could forget it. For the time being. She didn't know what was with him, like what was his deal. Did he have a goal like herself? She didnt know, but nor did she care. He thoughts ran wild. What could she do now? Any moment he could pull the trigger and bye bye goal. She wasnt going to let it happen. Never. She felt her heart pick up a bit. She was going a little to far with the thoughts. Heh.
She took in a small soft breathe, calming herself. She slowly felt her heart slow down a bit. She looked at him. 'Dont think so far Carrie, not yet. Dont jump to conclusions.' she thought, calming herself. She couldnt afford to jump to conclusions. Not here, not now. Not...ever. She couldnt say anything wrong. She could when the gun was gone and out of the picture as well with the knife. She wasnt into using a weapon. But mostly with words and fists. Thats how she was, sometimes. She just couldnt help herself. She looked at the gun, getting her mind of the positive things. This was irking her. To no end. It was going to drive herself crazy, well she was trying to calm herself. Okay she was pretty calm. To a thread. She waited, her eyes were still blazing.
She wasnt going to let this one leader of the most known gangs around mess with her. Hn, she couldnt care less. She didnt, not at all. She knew...she knew she couldn't kill her father. He was too strong. Wait? Why this? Why now? How could this leader of the Bloods make her think negative. Hn. That wasnt going to happen. She looked at the gun, she was confident now. It showed in her eyes, her eyes trailed from the gun to him. Her eyes traveled down him, trying to see his body. She knew he was good looking, but she'd like to be the judge of that.

The knife was dropped just a few inches away from his foot. He kept the gun aimed at her as he bent down and picked the knife up. It was a nice one, one that he decided should be kept for himself. He stored it in his back pocket, the one that had held his precious gun, which was now cocked and ready to shoot. "There. Happy Jake Brookes? Now. Put the gun away, I see no point in blood shed, not tonight." Jake smirked. Well it didn’t take her long to figure out who he was. And after that last question, he could finally put a name to the face of the voice, if that even makes sense. Why’s that? Have other plans, Carrie Rivers? he questioned.
It fell silent, which Jake wasn’t too fond of. He hated silences, especially when it was pitch black. He wondered what exactly she was thinking about. Was she plotting to do something? Gathering her thoughts? Saying her last prayers? Heh, Jake chuckled randomly at the thought, which probably mad him sound a tad bit crazy. But he didn’t care. He didn’t care about a lot of things and what people thought of him was one. The only time he actually liked the quiet is when he needed time alone, time to think. And being leader of the Bloods, he had those moments quite often. Sometimes the Bloods were a burden, other times the Bloods were the only thing he had. He wouldn’t give it up just because he has his rough times. But tonight wasn’t one of those times. Tonight he was out to have some fun, and he was sure that he would now that he knows who he’s dealing with.
Another shot rang out, slightly louder than the last, but still not too loud because of the silencer. He aimed just a few inches away from her head, if she had moved she would’ve been a goner. No he wouldn’t shoot her, not tonight. He was just having a little fun. Boys and their toys, y’know? He slid the gun back into its place as he leaned lazily against the wall on his shoulder. Carrie Rivers: The feisty Crypts leader. Her name might as well be just as famous as Jake’s, but of course no one’s is as famous as his. Normally the two of them would be bitter rivals. But to Jake it was hard to hate such an attractive woman. And everyone knew of his weakness when it came to women. That’s exactly the reason why he thought that women shouldn’t be allowed to lead gangs. They’re mischievous; conniving little devils. They can get in your mind and just toy around with it, then throw you away when they get bored. Which is why he loved them, most of them anyway, they were just like him.
I wasn’t planning on shooting you in the first place, don’t worry. That would only be a waste of a pretty face, he said with a sly smile. Oh he’d probably be hanged by his fellow gang members if they knew he was hitting on the leader of the Crypts. But whatever, it was all just in good fun. It’s not like they were falling for each other and madly in love. Eeh, Jake couldn’t even say the ‘l’ word without shuddering. He’d never been in love with anyone and he wasn’t planning on doing so any time soon. Even thinking about it made him uneasy. Yep, Jake was just a simple flirt with everyone and in this situation he only did it to see what she would do.

Why's that? Have other plans, Carrie Rivers? Carrie looked at him. so he knew her as well. Good to know. But on the other hand that was a bad thing. She could be easily be targeted. Great eh? She snorted as the question. She could easily answer it, very easily. She didn't want to waste her breathe on this trash with a gun. She knew very well he took her knife, unknown to him she had another. Did he actually think she had just one knife on her? Haha, big mistake. She looked at him. "Yes, I have other plans. It doesn't involve you, at all. But you know," she smirked, her light britsh accent flowed within her words then she continued "they could easily change, just like that." she looked at him, seeing him move. She didn't know what he had in mind, not at all. She wasn't going to talk to him a lot either.
There was no way in hell she would. She watched him. She could see a bit of his face. One word flickered in her mind. 'Hot.' She looked at him, her eyes traveled down his whole body. Just in case she were to see him and she didn't remember his face. She knew the rules. Not to flirt with your rivals. Oh she knew that very well. The smirk disappeared from her face as she heard his next words. 'I wasn't planning on shooting you in the first place, don't worry. That would only be a waste of a pretty face,' 'a pretty face? he is hitting on me, hm should i do the same? would be 'fun' to mess with him.' she thought slyly. "Hn, really? Not shoot me? Oh well I'm flattered, you did me a favor." sarcasm flowed through out her words. She was being...a bitch now. Though she wasnt lying, he really did do her a favor.
She looked at him for a minute, a playful smirk appeared on her lips. "Now...I must go. I have things to do and places to be." she said. Oh boy would she love to mess with him, but something was telling her other wise. If he did do something, she would not resist either. He was cute, very cute. This was also a weakness. She wasnt like other girls though. If she did start to mess with him, she did not throw them away. not just...like that. She would let them have a little fun of their own, then leave. She would lie to them and then leave. Just how she was. Boys, they pretty much fall for anything. She looked at him for another minute, then her eyes gazed at where she was going. Home. Thats where she was going. Get a little snack then home.
Her daily routine, every day and night. But she didnt want stalkers around her so i'm not telling you. She closed her eyes. Enjoying the silence, though sometimes she hated the silence. She smirked slylly. Then she lifed up a hand, a sign she was leaving. Hopefully he would 'try' to stop her and she could have her fun for awhile. She doubted. He knew the rules, as did she. But...if he did. Would he break them? "Later, handsome." she said. She looked at him, she saw no gun. But he had it along with her knife. Hn, aw well she had another just like it. At home, hidden like other weapons of hers. She looked at him once more then walked away. A slow pace, just in case he did follow, she of course didnt know that much of him. But she would find out sooner or later.

The more she spoke, the more he began to notice her accent. He knew that girls always flocked over men with those exotic accents. He wondered if it was the same for guys. Did they swoon over women with accents? Jake shrugged mentally; he didn’t really, but it was a nice touch. It kind of made her seem hotter. It was elegant, unlike his own which had come from being born right here in New York; it gave him more of an edge. He hadn’t thought about the possibility of her having another knife on her, but oh well, he didn’t care all too much. If she tried to pull something he’d have no problem shooting her in the knee cap or something along those lines, just to cause a minor injury. Oh yes, he was evil like that; not having much feeling for people had its advantages. He smirked. That they could.
At the moment he wished he hadn’t shot that light out. The dark was starting to get annoying, not being able to see her completely. He chuckled lightly at her sarcastic remark, showing the bitchy side of her that he’s heard so much about. Oddly enough, it only made Jake more curious about her. Why? He had no idea, really. Maybe he just liked to be bitched out by women; it made the challenge of winning them over with his ‘charm’ much larger. You’ll thank me later for it, I’m sure, he replied of course not expecting a thank you from her any time soon.
Now...I must go. I have things to do and places to be. Jake lifted a brow. He wondered where she would rather be than here talking to him. Hah. Most likely somewhere unimportant and she was just trying to lure him in. But hey, he'd take the bait without hesitation. There was no way he would just let her leave and go back to his big, lonely house and wonder what would have happened if he had followed her. No way, he was one for taking chances and this one, he wasn't going to pass it up. It was that darn curiosity of his. It always got him into trouble, and in the back of his mind he knew he shouldn't follow her. He knew he should just go home. But he never listened to that thing in his head people called a conscious.
Oh, calling him handsome was just the icing on the cake. He watched her walk off, his eyes looking all down her body, stopping at her hips that swayed nicely when she walked. Jake smirked to himself as he pushed off the wall and caught up to her, walking next to her. He slid his hands in his pockets and looked over at her, now able to see her face more clearly. Yeah, she was definitely up to his standards. Word around the street is, getting rid of me isn't that easy. Jake glanced around a bit, in case there were any followers he hadn't been aware of before. But he was sure there wouldn't be any, especially this late at night. Where're you headed?

Thank him? Yeah right. She ignored him. Of course when they- she stopped hearing him come up behind her, she didn't tense or anything. She was calm. Nothing could make her tense. She was very relaxed, she looked at him from the corner of her eye, thinking. 'why the hell is he following me?' She didn't think he would actually follow her. Hm..unpredictable. She smirked lightly, closing her eyes. "I'd never 'thank' an ass like yourself. Keep that in mind Brooke's. Where i am heading is none of your damn business, but...if you must know, I'm going home." she hissed, though her words were still covered in her soft accent. She wasn't here to mess around and get hit on. Soft brown eyes opened, she looked at him a smirk still on her face.
She was still wondering why he was following her. Didn't he have other things to do? Like go home and sleep? That was what she was going to do. She could eat at home, so no use in thinking of that. She looked forward, ignoring him so she could gather some thoughts. She was thinking about his words before his question. Yup...did seem like he was hard to get rid of. Could she make it happen, him leave her alone? Probably not. She was too interested in his hot body to think of making him leave. She had her own desires, couldn't she have a little fun with this boy? She'd probably get killed for this. What others didn't know, wouldn't kill them right? "Yes the word on the streets are you ain't easy to get rid off, the word on the streets about me is I'm a bitch and feisty. Hn, keep following me and I'll show you just how of a bitch and feisty i am. Now scram handsome." she said to him.
She wasn't kidding. They weren't suppose to be seen with each other. But something told her, he wanted to see her like that. Hn. She looked forward. Didn't he know that? how he was acting, it...didnt seem he knew. The dumbass...She closed her eyes, clearing her head from thoughts of everything and everyone. Just her luck to meet him, next time she saw him. He'd shoot her, would he? Just great...that meant she would have to kill her father much quicker. She wanted to get settled in then go after him. She wasn't quite settled just yet. She stayed silent until he spoke, she wasn't completely ignoring him. There was no way on earth she could. She opened her eyes, looking at his face features, then her soft coco eyes traveled down. Nice and slow. Taking in every detail of him she could. She could see the gun, she smirked. But her eyes continued to look at him as if they were glued to him.
She'd admit, he was pretty hot looking. She almost snorted but caught herself and looked forward, thinking of what might happen next, that wasn't very smooth when he had a gun. Guns killed fast, knives...not so much. She wasn't a gun person, but she carried one around time from time. If it meant keeping herself alive. She'd carry one. Next time they saw each other...she'd make sure she had one. She continued to look forward, thinking of many things. Her foot steps never quickened, nor slowed, but then she smirked and walked past him, her hips brushing against his. Opps. She smirked slyly outwardly. She had moved in front of him. Could he take a hint? She hoped he knew she was messing with him. She looked at him, a smirk on her soft rosy lips. A lustful smirk, then she looked forward, ignoring him now. Of course a fake lustful smirk, she learned over the years and it worked on most boys. But would it work on him? She was far from lusting for this Blood.

Jake offered a mental laugh when she called him an ass. That was a term he was oh so familiar with. When asked, ‘describe Jake Brookes in one word’, ass was the word that came to many people’s mind. Sometimes they would switch it up and call him a bastard, or an obnoxious son of a bitch. That one was probably his favorite. But it was true, Jake was a jack ass and he knew it. Funny thing was, that he’s proud of his title. He’d rather be the obnoxious jack ass than the guy that all the girl’s wanted to introduce to their mothers. It was the way he was, and no one could change that. You called me an ass..I’ve never been so heartbroken in my life, he replied sarcastically. To him, being called an ass was like someone calling him by his first name; it was no big deal. He’d probably turn around if someone called out ‘hey ass hole!’, as if they were talking about him.
He might as well be drunk. Jake planned on something happening tonight. But if anything happened, it would only be a small fling and he’d forget about it the next day. That’s really the only reason why he was still talking to Carrie. Frankly, he wanted in her pants. And when Jake Brookes wanted something, he almost always got it one way or another. You could say that it would be strictly business, a quick fix tonight and in the morning he’d be gone by sunrise. Her next comment made him smirk, despite the serious tone to her voice. Who knew his biggest rival could be so fun to mess with? You should also know I like feisty bitches, he replied.
Jake had been looking ahead practically the whole time during their walk and talk. But he felt her eyes burning a hole through his body, forcing him to look over. You tell me to scram, but your eyes say otherwise. I can take my shirt off to please your curiosity. he cooed, a smirk still toying with his lips. He was fully aware that the two shouldn’t be seen together. There could be spies lurking in every corner, eyes watching their every move. But he could care less, he was out to get what he wanted. Plus, if anyone saw him with her he could just say he was trying to get into her house and spy around a bit, maybe get some information about a secret plot he was suspecting the Crypts were planning. He had an alibi if he really needed one.
Oh but when she walked passed him, their hips brushing against each other obviously on purpose, she took it to the next level. She was fooling with him big time and that was another weakness of his. Jake, unlike most guys, liked being teased. It gave him an odd adrenaline rush, and the rush was even bigger since this was the leader of the Crypts he was dealing with. Though his guard wasn’t completely down, oh no, he’d learned not to let his guard down the hard way many years ago. That smirk of hers was taunting, and he had half a mind to take her right then and there. But he resisted and just watched her hips sway. He didn’t bother to try and catch up, he was perfectly fine where he was.

She ignored his first comment, she almost sneered. She was right though. He was one and a big one. He knew this it seemed. His tone told her everything. She knew exactly what he wanted. Hm...lets just say, shes been around guys too much in her life. She knew almost everything they wanted when it came to girls. The second comment got her, but she ignored him, though she spoke as if no one was around her. "Oh I bet you do like feisty bitches. Almost any guy does." she said. She thought it over, guys do like feisty girls, she looked forward still. Not taking her eyes off the road in front of her. she thought for a few minutes. Which way was home? She looked around, damn it. Why didn't she bring a flash light or something?
She muttered under her breathe. Then looked at a light flicker, good some light. She looked at a few signs. 'Okay I came here before now how did i get home?' then his words interrupted her thoughts. She looked at him. He was right, wait what? She looked at him, studying him, that smirk of his. 'Take his shirt of to please my curiosity?' She looked at him, wondering if she heard him right. "Take your shirt off to please my curiosity eh? Well Brooke's I think its the other way around. But...you maybe right about my eyes." She said, a light smirk lifted on her lips at him, then she turned back forward. She felt his eyes on her hips. 'Hm...so i was right. That is what he wants.' she thought the smirk still on her lips.
'Should i just give it to him? Nah I think not. I'm not giving myself to him just like that. He can forget it, no fling. Anything from me.' she thought. He must be joking if he thought he was going to get a little something from her. She looked forward, thinking. Her eyes was closed. She was lost in her train of thought. What could she do now? How to get him away from her? She thought for a minute. She picked up her pace then stopped facing him. She looked at him, knowing he would stop. "Listen Brooke's, you are not following me home. What do you want hm? I just might give it to you, depending on what it is. But keep in mind, if it deals with me taking off my clothes, your barking up the wrong tree." she said. She looked at him, her hands went on her hips. She waited.
She was waiting for his answer. She wasn't going to give him anything, if it meant her clothes off. She looked to the side, looking at her left. she was making sure no one was around them. Though she had lied to him, she would gladly give him a fling tonight. His body drove her body insane. Why did she have to meet him? This was irriating...Very irritating. She closed her eyes, thinking over a few more things. Thinking, what his answer would be. He is pretty unpredictable..so she just might be a little startled by his answer. But who knows. She looked back at him. He had ten seconds before she was going to leave. The clock was ticking. What would his answer be? Would it be have alittle fun with her? Like a fling? Who knew.

Yeah, Jake was one of those guys who liked the feisty ones; though that didn’t mean that he liked her. Most definitely not; even though he doesn’t date, he wouldn’t date her if they weren’t in rival gangs. Just because she was hot doesn’t mean he had to like her. Obviously he just wanted her for his own pleasure, which kind of sounds selfish or mean, but hey that’s what Jake Brookes was all about. He did what he had to do. And right now, he wanted a fling and was willing to do anything in his power to get one.
Jake smiled at her next comment. That’s probably true. Or maybe it goes both ways. he replied with a small shrug. He watched her, then looked ahead at the rode. He wondered how far they’ve walked, or how long. It was getting darker by the minute. He checked the time on his cell phone. It was almost midnight. Why was it taking so long to get to her house? Maybe she was stalling because she doesn’t want him to know where she lives. But it was dark, he didn’t have a clue where he was so why would that matter? Or maybe she was lost, heh, like he said before it was dark. Jake was about to ask her if she was having some trouble finding her way, sarcastically of course, but was interrupted when she stopped walking.
Jake stopped about two feet in front of her, an eyebrow raising as she spoke. The whole thing made Jake want to laugh, though he could tell she was being serious. But then again, Jake found a lot of serious things to be funny, this being one of those things. She knew exactly what he wanted and it most definitely involved both of them taking their clothes off. She claims she won’t though. Jake didn’t believe her. He thought for a moment. How should he respond to this? Tell her straight out what he wanted, despite her little rule? Or do something completely out of the ordinary to catch her off guard? The second one most definitely. Jake glanced to his right at the empty street, excluding the few cars that rolled passed, then to his left at the long, dark alleyway in between what looked like two apartment buildings. His eyes moved back to her, that mischievous look in his eyes burning an imaginary hole through her body. Jake smirked.
Well, Rivers, I think you know what I want. And since you seem to be a little lost, I don’t have a problem with taking it, he replied, reaching out to push her against the wall of the alley way. A light flickered above them as he slid one of his hands up her leg, his lips moving in to steal a kiss. Their lips touched and he was gentle at first, his hands exploring her body.

I never let it rain ony my parade, but you know those days just...happen. Carrie looked at him, for a minute thinking. "It is..." she said. She looked at him. He was quiet, good. She looked at him, waiting for him to answer. She was about to leave, just as the thought hit her mind she was about to leave, but...he answered her. She lifted her brow, then suddenly she was against the wall. She looked at him, a death glare was going towards him. She growled low, he had no right to touch her. She looked at him, a louder growl came from her, then she felt his lips on hers. Her eyes went wide with excitement and she was startled. What could she do? What would you do if you were in her situation?
'What the fuck is wrong with this guy? Does he think he can get whatever he wants?' she wondered bitterly. She looked at him, she wanted out of here. He was making her weak in the knees. She placed her hands on his hips and gripped them lightly and broke the kiss. After she did that, she pushed her body against his, looking at him. She looked at him, a lustful look in her eyes, though she ignored the feelings she felt right now. She couldnt do this, not with him. Not with anyone. She looked at him, the glare still on her face.
"What the hell do you think you are doing hm? I didnt give you permission to do this, i didnt even give you permission to touch me you asshole." she looked at him, searxhing his face. What the hell was this? She closed her eyes, thinking. What could she do now? Hm...maybe they could have alittle fling, but not...all the way. No, dont even think like that. Carrie looked at him, her eyes glazed with confusion and lust. she knew this was wrong. they shouldnt be doing this. though she wanted some fun. she released his hips soon after.
she grunted lightly and pressed against him harder, she felt his whole front body against hers. She smirked at him, running a hand down his chest to his stomach. She gently rubbed his stomach, looking at him smirking. "Like I said, handsome. I must go, be a good boy and go home." she gave a sarcastic grin, she smirked again and kissed his cheek. Then pushed him away, walking away from him. She needed some sleep and rest. Now. She didnt feel like waking up in the morning and smelled like him. She closed her eyes, she wasnt letting him get her that easy.
He could forget it.

Jake was fully aware of the death stare she was giving him. It was actually more humorous than scary. But what was even more humorous was the fact that she was growling at him, almost like an angry puppy. He almost laughed, but caught himself and decided not to make her madder than she was already. Though that would be hilarious. He wondered what she would do if he just laughed at her attempt at stopping him from doing what he wanted. She’d probably be caught off guard again, as if being pressed against a wall wasn’t enough. Jake was surprised when there was no fighting against the kiss for a moment, but then he felt her hands on his hips, pushing him away.
Jake opened his eyes and smirked. Yes in fact he does think he can get whatever he wants. That’s one reason why it’s so hard to get rid of the boy. He has a set goal in his mind and won’t stop until he achieves it. Jake was like that when he was younger. When it came to sports or games, he wouldn’t stop practicing until he was good enough to beat someone at it. Apparently he got his mental drive from his father. He scrunched his lips over to the side, giving her a bored look as she rambled on about not giving him permission to touch her. Jake Brookes didn’t need permission to do anything now a days. He took what he wanted, whether people liked it or not. He’s always finding something that’s good for him and no one else. Call it selfish. Jake just calls it survival. Hm, asshole, there goes that term again. Keep this up and I might make a record on number of times being called an asshole in one night. Jake chuckled mentally.
Yeah, well, if you haven’t noticed I tend to get what I want with or without permission. So you can either fight it or welcome it with open arms. I’m not asking for your hand in marriage or anything. Jake winced at the thought of marriage. Ew, that would be horrible. Being tied down to just one person for the rest of your life; that definitely wasn’t the life for Jake.
A small smirk rose on his lips as she pressed against him harder. He felt her chest against his body, sending a pleasant shiver up his spine. He refused to bite his lip like a ‘white boy’ when he felt her hand on his chest. Then down to his stomach, his nice abs tightening a little. Jake frowned a bit at her last statement. She was just a little tease, wasn’t she. He stepped out of her way when she gave him a little push, leaning on the wall with an arm, his other hand slipping into his pocket. Oh come oon. Do you ever take risks in your life? he questioned, though he didn’t follow her out of the alley. Jake stayed right where he was, if she really wanted a fling tonight she’d come back. But if not, he’d leave.
But he wouldn’t consider it as a defeat, oh no. It was just a minor set back. If she left, he would get a fling from her one of these days. Maybe he’d ‘bump into her’ at a club and get her insanely drunk. He wasn’t really sure if she was that kind of a drinker though, she didn’t seem like it. Oh well, he’d find a way to use her like the little tease she was. He always did.

"Hn. Hopefully you will never ask me to marry to." she hissed. She stopped, her eyes looking at him. 'Damn, Carrie leave!' she thought. Something was telling her to leave, and now before it got worse. 'Does he actually think he gonna get one tonight?' she wondered. She didnt move, she couldn't. She looked at him, when she heard the question. Risks? She didnt really. "Hn. I do sometimes." she said. Thinking it through. She had to give herself a couple of reasons to stay here and...yeah. But really she shouldnt.
What if they were caught? Bad thing. A very bad thing. She didnt even want to think about it. She grunted. What would he do if they were caught? There was nothing he could do. Once others found out, there was really nothing they could do. She looked at him, thinking. What could she do? What should she do? Go home or stay here. She liked both ideas. She really did. She smirked as she looked down his body. Hm such a hard choice. A snort escaped her. She didnt take her eyes off him. She had a plan, hang here for a little while. Then leave. Just as simple as that.
The smirk on her face, didnt leave. She walked right over to him. Hm..a little fun on the list, tonight. Then nothing. She looked at him, a small sarcastic grin on her lips. She stopped right in front of him, still thinking. Should she? Or should she not? She didnt know. She just couldnt think at all. She still looked at him. Wondering what she should do. She gave a frustrated sigh. That marriage thing better not happen. That would scare her. She wasnt even thinking about marriage, she'd never get married. She'd rather die then marry someone.
There was no way in hell she'd marry someone. She looked at him, thinking still. What should she do? She wanted this. She looked at him and if she left right now. She'd want him for a very long time. She looked down for a minute. Then she smirked, her arms rapped around his neck, pulling them closer. She pulled them closer til there was no distance between them. What to do what to do? She smirked slyly at him, her whole front body against his. She smirked against his neck and nipped the spot hard.
She wondered just how much fun she could have with him. She seemed like she could have lot of fun, maybe this would be worth her while. But who knows, really depended on him. She didnt know that much about him, he could easily turn the tables on her, she wouldnt like that at all. She closed her eyes, waiting to see what he would do. She knew he wouldnt take it easy on her. Great just her luck, aw well. She could handle anything he gave her. She knew this. She wasnt being stuck up or anything, she wasnt lying. She could. If she put her mind to it. She opened her eyes and looked at him.
