Another busy night at the casino. Jake saw a few fresh, new faces, but didn't feel like greeting them like he usually would do. Tonight, Jake wanted some fun. It seemed like he hadn't in a while and he was craving some type of action whether it be with a girl or a fight. Though it wouldn't be too good if he got in a fight while wearing such a nice suit. Yes, Jake decided to wear a suit tonight. Why? He really had no clue. But he had to admit he looked very sharp. It was a black suit with thin, white, vertical stripes running down it. He wore a nice white collared shirt underneath. The suit had a pair of round, silver cufflings and a little pocket that held those fancy handkerchiefs that stuck out like a small crown. Jake fiddled with the black tie that was decorated with small, silver patches of diamond shaped cloth.
Since Jake was looking for something to do that wasn't the norm, he decided he should go upstairs. Usually he never went up there for some odd reason; too many stairs? Yeah that's probably it, he hated walking up stairs. Basically he was one lazy bastard, but he didn't care. He knew perfectly well that he was lazy. But tonight he put his laziness aside and headed up the tall, winding stairs and into the pool/dance hall. At the moment a loud rap song blasted through the speakers and he saw a small group of people dancing er well..Grinding to say the least.
Jake headed for the bar, figuring he should get a drink; it's been so long since he'd last talked to the bartender, Dave. Jake and Dave have been friends ever since Jake hired him to work at his casino. They would usually talk whenever Jake headed upstairs for a drink, but it's been a while since Jake's been feeling that laziness lately. He made his way to the bar, but Dave wasn't there. Jake leaned over the bar and saw that Dave was crouched down probably getting something. He tapped Dave on the back, causing him to jump slightly, hitting his head on the counter. Jake smirked a bit as Dave rose with an angry look on his face. But that look soon changed when he saw it was Jake. "Jake Brookes, long time no see," he said with a bright smile. "What can I get for you?"
Jake scrolled through his options in his head. Usually he got a whiskey, but he really wasn't feeling that at the moment. Give me a bourbon. he said with a confirming nod. He turned so his back was to the bar, his hands resting comfortably in the pockets of his suit pants. His dark eyes searched the fairl large room and came to a stop at one particular pool table. And get me a tropical lime Bacardi Breezer. For the lady. he called back to Dave over his shoulder. When Dave handed Jake the drinks, Jake smirked and nodded a thanks. Wish me luck. Not that he actually needed it. Jake did very well with women and he figured he'd do pretty well with this one whether she accepted or rejected the fruity beverage.
Jake made his way over to the girl in quite the short, sparkly dress. He walked across the hall, his smirk never faltering and once he was next to the girl he handed the drink over to her. You look like you could use a drink. he said, his eyes wandering just a bit as he waited for her to take it. When he looked over at the guys who had been watching her, their eyes instantly glued themselves to their game of pool.

Jake nodded when she thanked him for the drink, taking a sip of his own. He smirked lightly when she listed off the things that pretty much everyone knew about him. If they didn't, then they need to crawl out of that hole they've been living in because Jake Brookes was probably the most talked about name in New York city, and whether it be a good rumor or bad, Jake was proud of his name and what he's made of it. But when she said that he was a womanizer, he offered a fake look of hurt. Me? A womanizer? You act as if you know all about me and my life story. he said, putting the glass to his lips once more, this time taking a bigger drink.
But of course Jake knew that he truly was a womanizer. He hated been in a real relationship since High school maybe. But even then, the relationship hadn't lasted too long. Jake was more the physical type. He loved beautiful women and probably has some type of record for the number of one night stands he's had. Though he's not careless when sleeping around as often as he does, unlike some other men, Jake actually uses protection. He'd rather not get some awful disease from one of the sluts he decides to sleep with. Oh no, Jake was careful when it came to that kind of thing.
"What brings you up here?"
Jake finished off his drink and set it down on one of the pool tables, it was being used but he didn't care. If they had a problem with it they could either move it or say something to Jake, resulting in getting their asses kicked out of the casino for the night. Just wanted to change up the routine a little bit. It's been a while since I was last up here so, I decided to pay a little visit. he replied watching her sit up on the edge of a vacant pool table. His eyes ventured over her legs, her stomach, and finally her face and with a smirk he slipped one of his hands from his pockets to lean against the same table she had sat on. That dress is pretty...revealing for a girl your age, don't you think? he asked cocking his head to the side a bit.
Just from looking at the girl, Jake could tell she wasn't 21 or up. She really doesn't look a day over 20 to him. But he didn't really care if she was underaged, there were tons of teenagers that snuck into the casino with their fake IDs. Hell, Jake used to be one of those kids that carried those IDs around with him wherever he went. But as long as they didn't cause any trouble, they were welcome in his casino. So what's your name, since you seem to know who I am? he questioned with a raise of his eyebrow. He was pretty sure he'd seen her wandering around the Disciple area, but he wasn't exactly sure what her name was.

Jake shook his head when she said she knew a little about his life. No one knew anything about his life. Sure it looked pretty perfect on the outside, but really, his life was far from perfect. No one knew how his father beat him every night. They didn't know about his slut of a mother who left him when he was young. They didn't know anything, and it pissed him off when people acted like they knew him. You don't know shit about my life. he growled, his eyes now looking directly into hers. You don't know what I've been through. But I'll tell you what you do know: My name, my occupation, and my connection with The Bloods. he said, his jaw clenching a bit.
He had half the mind to kick her out right then and there. And when she snapped at him, it got him thinking about it a little more. Despite what had just happened about two seconds ago, that evil little smirk of his came back. He really did find it amusing that Jake seemed to be getting on this girl's nerves with all of his questions. It's my concern because you wouldn't want any of these older men doing anything hasty all because of your revealing outfit. he doubted she understood what he was trying to say. A lot of the men at his casino were drug dealers, there was probably a drug boss around somewhere too. And if Jake wasn't around, someone could snatch her up real quick without anyone noticing. It was a dangerous world and the way she's looking tonight, it doesn't seem she has much fighting experience. But he could be wrong.
As far as age goes, she couldn't fool him. I know you're not old enough to be sippin' on that drink. he said nodding at the glass in her hands. That smirk of his just kept on coming back for more. She was without a doubt underaged, but if he cared he wouldn't have gave her a drink, so she'd have nothing to worry about there. Can't trust me with your first and last name? he asked. It didn't really matter though because as soon as she said her first name he began to recognize it; A Disciple he believed. They were allies, why be so careful? I mean we are allies.

Jake didn't like that look she was giving him. It was like she thought it was humorous when he was angry, which pissed him off just a little bit more. But he took a deep breath and let it all out a bit loudly. I'd rather not hear anything about it from now on. he replied. He hated talking about his past, especially to complete strangers who thought they just knew every little thing about him. Jake reached into the pocket on the inside of his jacket and rolled his eyes when he found it was empty. No cigarettes; Great, just great. Kasey probably wouldn't have any, unless she stashed them in her bra. He chuckled mentally, That would be hot. he thought to himself, almost not hearing what she had to say next because he was so deep in thought.
Jake chuckled lightly when she said she could handle herself. Not in that outfit, you can't, he teased, sitting up on the pool table next to her. So why wear it? Looking for some attention? he asked, looking her over once more. She really was asking for it, whether it was intentional or not, in that dress. But she was playing that hard to get game, which would probably work better if she weren't in such a skimpy dress.
A smirk crossed his lips also. I gave you that drink because I didn't care about your age. And I wanted to talk to you. he replied, also lifting a brow, matching the expression she was giving him. Jake shrugged. I guess you're right about that. It was true, club owners didn't care if there were underaged kids at their clubs, as long as their club doesn't get busted for it, it didn't matter.
Jake nodded. I'm aware of that, he agreed. He slid off of the table and faced her once more. You have to be around here. He rolled his eyes playfully when she said that figuring out she was a Disciple wasn't that hard. Now that he had her last name, she was a little more familiar. He kept tabs on almost everyone associated with gangs in New York, but that didn't mean he met everyone. When her dress slid up her thigh and she made a slight squeal noise when she stood up, he smirked. That dress becoming a burdon, hm? he questioned stepping a little closer to her and reaching out to touch her leg.

Jake raised a brow when she said she could handle herself with or without the dress. Most of the guys in here, including himself, would prefer it without the dress. He knew she knew that her statement sounded a bit iffy by the way her cheeks reddened. It was hilarious, but he wouldn't laugh, it would only embarass her more. Wait, who cares? Jake chuckled a bit when she tried to fix her mistake. You're not very good at hiding a blush, he stated, smirking a bit.
His eyes glanced over to the guys playing pool, then back to Kasey. Because they're not hot women in skimpy dresses, he replied tilting his head to the side a bit. He loved fooling with girls, especially ones that seemed so innocent as this one. Even if she wasn't innocent, she definitely wasn't as scandolous as that dress made her appear, which kind of disappointed Jake, but at the same time gave him a sort of challenge.
Jake pulled his hand back when she stepped away from him a little. Ha, her, kick his ass? The only way that would happen was if she kicked him where the sun don't shine in those heels. I'd like to see you try, he replied. He watched her head for the stairs and when she winked at him, he took that as a welcome wagon, whether she wanted it to be or not. Jake followed her down the stairs and once they were on the lower level, he reached out for her hand. Why don't you stop playing hard to get and let me walk you to your car? he asked.
